Golf at Eagle Vail Golf Club
The Beaver Creek Golf Club is a scenic 18-hole mountain course nestled at the base of Beaver Creek Mountain in Colorado’s Vail Valley, offering a classic alpine golf experience defined by dramatic elevation changes, tree-lined fairways, and breathtaking Rocky Mountain views. Designed by renowned architect Robert Trent Jones Jr. and opened in 1982, the course winds through natural valleys alongside Beaver Creek itself, blending seamlessly into the surrounding aspen and pine forests. Known for its narrow, undulating fairways and emphasis on precision over power, it provides a challenging yet rewarding round, while its high-altitude setting, pristine conditioning, and peaceful mountain environment make it one of the most memorable golf experiences in Colorado.
Tee Times: Please select your preferred time range for your tee time (on the right). We will try our best to honor preferences, though they are not guaranteed. Your official tee time will be confirmed closer to the event date.

Based On: 18 holes (allow 4.5 – 5 hours for play)
Maximum: 144 guests
NOTES:
Range balls and club rentals available for an additional fee
Clubhouse check in required at least 15 minutes prior to tee time
Soft spikes only
Guests must wear proper golf attire; no jeans
Men must wear collared shirts with sleeves
Ladies may wear sleeveless and appropriate tee shirts
Activity Departure
Your activity will depart from the resort's Group Transportation Circle (not the front drive).
You can access the Group Transportation Circle by walking from the front desk towards Sakaba restaurant. Turn right at the restaurant, and then left before the rental shop.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change. Guests may cancel purchased activities for a full refund if submitted in writing by 5:00 PM MST on Monday, June 1, 2026.

Cancellations received after this date will be non-refundable.
Weather Policy
All activities will take place rain or shine. In the event of severe weather, including lightning, adjustments or cancellations will be made at the discretion of the program team on the day of the activity.
